A bengali textbook written following the new syllabus and new question pattern introduced by CBSE. For every poem and prose, necessary word meanings, analysis of especially important sections, comprehension tests, and reports have been newly added. 

Additionally, the book includes for each prose and poem: multiple-choice (MCQ-Type), very short answer (VSA-Type), and long answer (LA-Type) questions. Grammar and supplementary reading sections also contain a large number of multiple-choice (MCQ-Type), very short answer (VSA-Type), and essay-type (LA-Type) questions and answers.
